Sobre IBD

O objetivo deste livro é aprofundar uma discussão teórica sobre os limites do poder tributante no Brasil. Para isso, a pesquisa debruçou-se sobre a legislação brasileira que regula as limitações ao poder de tributar expressos em regras e princípios, em especial para a sua proteção constitucional contra tributos com efeito de confisco. Por conseguinte, as espécies tributárias foram submetidas ao crivo de uma proposta de análise pretensa a deslindar suas eventuais configurações que possam apresentar potenciais efeitos abusivos para os contribuintes.
