Ce livre analyse la transformation digitale dans les organisations publiques en soulignant l’importance de l’alignement entre les processus organisationnels et les systèmes d’information pour améliorer la performance. S’appuyant sur plusieurs cadres théoriques (Nouveau Management Public, alignement stratégique, théorie des systèmes et conduite du changement), il met en évidence la nécessité d’une intégration cohérente des systèmes d’information au service de la stratégie métier. L’étude adopte une approche de recherche-intervention fondée sur les retours de dix praticiens impliqués dans la mise en place d’un système d’archivage électronique au Centre Hospitalo-Universitaire Mohammed VI-Oujda. Les résultats montrent que l’alignement organique favorise une meilleure circulation de l’information, une prise de décision plus efficace et une amélioration globale de la performance organisationnelle.
