Głównym celem niniejszego badania było określenie poziomu przywództwa transformacyjnego w firmie Belcorp, Comas, 2020. Badanie ma charakter ilościowy, podstawowy, opiera się na metodzie hipotetyczno-dedukcyjnej, ma charakter opisowo-eksploracyjny i jest projektem nieeksperymentalnym o przekroju poprzecznym. Populację stanowiło 50 wiodących firm konsultingowych z dzielnicy Comas. Zastosowano technikę ankietową, wykorzystując kwestionariusz składający się z 12 pytań.Wyniki pokazują, że poziom przywództwa transformacyjnego wśród wiodących konsultantek jest wysoki i wynosi 92%, a także że idealizowany wpływ, indywidualne traktowanie, motywacja inspirująca i stymulacja intelektualna osiągnęły wysoki poziom wśród wiodących konsultantek z dzielnicy Comas.Podsumowując, konsultantki kosmetyczne wykazują się przywództwem transformacyjnym, które pozwala im mieć długoterminową wizję i osiągać zarówno cele indywidualne, jak i organizacyjne.
