Afin de contrôler et de protéger les documents et images sensibles ou confidentiels, mais aussi d’en garantir l’authenticité, il est nécessaire de protéger les données confidentielles en prouvant la sécurité et l’authenticité des documents image. Les données biométriques étant uniques à chaque individu, elles ne permettent l’accès qu’aux utilisateurs légitimes. Cet ouvrage présente une approche permettant de garantir l’authenticité d’un utilisateur. Il comprend deux algorithmes, l’un étant le tatouage numérique et l’autre la vérification des empreintes digitales. Dans le tatouage numérique, les données d’empreintes digitales (sous forme d’image) d’un utilisateur ont été intégrées dans une autre image de couverture, puis l’administrateur extrait les empreintes digitales de l’utilisateur et les compare à l’aide d’un algorithme de vérification des empreintes digitales. Si les empreintes digitales correspondent à celles déjà enregistrées pour cet utilisateur, celui-ci se voit accorder l’accès au compte, sinon il en est privé.
