L’hépatite chronique post virale C est un problème majeur de santé publique, avec environ 71 millions d’individus infectés dans le monde. Jusqu’ à 2011, son traitement se basait sur la bithérapie pégylée avec un taux de réponse virologique soutenue (RVS) variant entre 40 et 80 % selon le génotype au dépend de plusieurs contre-indications et d’effets indésirables limitant sa prescription. L’arrivée de nouveaux agents antiviraux directs (AAD) a permis de métamorphoser la prise en charge de l’hépatite chronique post virale C avec une RVS atteignant les 90 à 100 % et peu d’effets indésirables. L’objectif de notre travail était d’évaluer l’efficacité et l’innocuité des agents antiviraux directs dans chez une cohorte de patients atteints d’hépatite chronique post virale C. Il s’agissait d’une étude descriptive, transversale et prospective colligeant tous les patients suivis pour une hépatite post virale C chronique, dans le service d’hépato gastro- entérologie de Nabeul, et qui ont été inclus dans le programme national d’éradication de virus de l’hépatite C.
