Diese Studie untersuchte den Zusammenhang zwischen Mobbing am Arbeitsplatz (traditionelles Mobbing und Cybermobbing) und Stress, Selbstwertgefühl und Lebenszufriedenheit. Darüber hinaus wurde der Zusammenhang zwischen traditionellem Mobbing und Cybermobbing untersucht. Die Studie umfasste 111 Personen, die über Facebook und DBS erreicht wurden. Es wurde ein Querschnittsdesign mit quasi-experimentellen und korrelativen Aspekten verwendet. Traditionelles Mobbing und Cybermobbing wurden mit dem Negative Acts Questionnaire-Revised bzw. der Workplace Cyberbullying Scale gemessen. 51 % der Teilnehmenden wurden als Mobbingopfer eingestuft, von denen 33 % traditionell gemobbt wurden, 11 % Cybermobbing ausgesetzt waren und 56 % beide Formen des Mobbings erlebten. Die Ergebnisse zeigten einen signifikanten Unterschied zwischen Opfern und Nicht-Opfern in Bezug auf die untersuchten Variablen. Darüber hinaus wurde ein signifikanter Unterschied zwischen Opfern von traditionellem Mobbing und Opfern, die beide Formen des Mobbings erlebt hatten, festgestellt.
