In this context, internationalization is a necessity for companies to survive, as it is seen as an important strategy for achieving positive financial results that allow them to differentiate themselves from the competition and often overcome the barriers and threats imposed on them. Studies on this topic, although scarce, indicate the existence of a positive impact between internationalization and financial performance.
