Over several years the author has published a weekly column in 'Al Madina 'daily newspaper. Varieties of subjects were to be discussed in this column in the fields of health, education, environment, family and society. Selected health topics were collected in the book. They present to the reader a message; health is the responsibility of the individual. He/she has to appreciate health as being defined by WHO 'Health is not the mere absence of diseases, but rather the integrated physical, mental, social and spiritual well being'. In order to maintain good health, the individual has to practice a healthy life style and keep a healthy environment. This is in brief the message of the book.
