Dieses Buch stellt die Synthese einiger Thiol-Tenside und deren Nanostruktur mit Gold-Nanopartikeln vor, die mit spektroskopischen Techniken wie (FTIR, 1HNMR, TEM, UV) bestätigt wurden. Die synthetisierten Dithiol- und Paraaminothiol-Tenside und ihre Nanostrukturen mit Goldnanopartikeln wurden zum Nachweis von Zn- und Ni-Ionen in wässrigen Lösungen verwendet. Darüber hinaus wurde die Herstellung eines Oberflächenplasmonresonanz-Nanosensors unter Verwendung von Goldnanopartikeln (AuNPs) untersucht, die auf einer selbstorganisierten Monoschicht aus Aminothiol-Tensiden auf einem Goldsubstrat chemisorbiert wurden. Der hergestellte SPR-Nanosensor wurde zum Nachweis von Cu(II)-Ionen in einer wässrigen Lösung verwendet. Außerdem werden in der vorliegenden Studie neu entwickelte potentiometrische Sensoren zur Bestimmung von Zink(II) vorgestellt. Die modifizierte potentiometrische Methode basierte auf der Herstellung von modifizierten Thiol-Kohlenstoff-Pasten und modifizierten Gold-Thiol-Nanopartikel-Kohlenstoff-Pasten-Sensoren.
