The Science of Teams (TSoT) can be read at several levels. First and foremost, it is an interesting analytical way of looking at how to organize people, and how to solve problems. Using this original scientific framework for analyzing 'systems of people', or what are frequently called 'teams' or 'enterprises', leaders identify organization and team opportunities, define change benefits using logical justifications, propose change models, and analyze positive impacts of change to their organization.
