A ground-breaking work of contemporary art and law.He has been featured in the Guardian, the Mail on Sunday, Times, Times Educational Supplement and BBC Radio 4. He gave talks at the New York Studio School of Art, the Institute of Contemporary Art and Tate Modern. Padgett has an MA in Theory of Contemporary Art & Performance.
