Not because God is vengeful, or because random chance just deals us a bad hand sometimes, or because we're victims at the mercy of others, or even because of bad karma from our past lives. But because of negative or limiting beliefs stored mainly in our subconscious that are often at odds with our conscious desires. Think of the person with low self-esteem who constantly attracts abusive partners.The majority of the best-known sources of channelled wisdom insist it's time for us to take complete responsibility for, and control of, our lives. To remember that we create everything we experience at some level of our consciousness. They include Seth, Abraham, Walsch's 'God', Ramtha, Elias, Bashar, Jeshua and the Pathwork Guide. The trick then is to recognise we're responsible for attracting the entirety of our life experience, both good and bad, and to maximise the extent to which we create consciously rather than unconsciously.This understanding is arguably what the current 'consciousness shift' is all about. But it's also about reclaiming our birthright as the human race. Because as the 'creator gods' talked of in myth and legend down the ages, we're more powerful than we've ever dared to imagine. 3
