The mental body energies lie above the astral body energies because the mental body is higher in vibration. At the same time the mental body vibrations are slower than the body above it, the higher vibrating soul body. The soul body is not your Spirit. Do not mistake it for that. The soul incarnates to learn its lessons, too. This book offers a theory and guide of how to understand and work with the mental body utilizing the energies of four basic time frames. The mental body uses past lives through this lifetime, now time, and future time- to direct its workings. Very important to learn how the mental body works and to find ways to direct it and to master it. One must learn how to think, compartmentalize and recognize the four time frames the mental body uses, and in so doing, learn to think independently. 6x9', 61 pages. Comes in HB, PB, or E-book
