This is a different type of history book. It is a comprehensive, Biblical look at the history of the United States. A hundred years ago there were two primary styles of historical recording. One was 'the textbook style.' The other was 'the popular style'-where history is reported as if the author was telling a story. The popular style was written for the general public. Those with a special interest in history went on to study textbook style books. The Heaven Rescued Land (Hx of the US) is deliberately written in popular style. It is in story form, with practical applications and even some personal comments. It is done on purpose. The real story of the US is not boring. It is not irrelevant to our personal lives. This story needs to be told and understood. This study is also designed to tell the story of the history of the United States in a Biblical framework.
