I have included simple tips on how to accomplish basic tasks to help you do your job more efficiently and more dynamically.I have also included a series of antidotes and funny stories that happened on the job to enable the reader understand these concepts. This should help prepare you for any type of difficult situation and how to handle yourself. Dealing with people can be an art form all to itself. The stories were included to help the reader put things in perspective and have a few laughs. The names of certain people, places and things have been changed to protect the 'NON-INNOCENT'.
