He is an assistant professor of political science at Robert Morris University. His work has appeared in numerous journals and he is the author of The Cavalier Presidency: Executive Power and Prerogative in Times of Crisis and The Tell: Examining the Signaling Effects of Members Consponsoring Legislation in the United States Senate.
