Little Mabel wakes up on her birthday, and everyone decides to act as if it’s just another day. They appear to have forgotten her fourth birthday. She is so upset, and Ben and Ben Jr. gets her out of the house so that the rest of the family can decorate the house and throw her a big surprise party. Little Mabel finally learns that her father, Mayor Ben, has remembered. She is under the impression that her dad is rushing to go tell Big Mabel to bake her cake. When they get home, Mabel gives little Mabel a box of chocolates to throw her off, and when she went in the dining room, the surprise begins.Little Mabel gets surprised and goes to the ballet after her party, and after that, she is taken to the town fair. She is so tired that she goes home and falls out. What a wonderful birthday.
