The story of the brother and sister turtles, Tutu and Tula, who go to a friends birthday party. Their friend, Ogle is different. She was born with a disability. At the party, a gang of nasty fish decide to disrupt the party, create trouble and tease Ogle. Tula is annoyed and decides to find help. She finds Office Barney Barracuda and asks him to help. Soon the gang of trouble makers flee from Ogle’s party and her friends resume having a good time.
