She has written several children’s books and plans to write more stories in the Max and Clancy series. 'My inspiration for this book came from my real life dogs, Clancy and Max. Every day they made me laugh with something they did and I always thought to myself about what they would sound like if they talked. From there the idea of the adventures of Clancy and Max evolved, and each story comes from a real experience I had with them with my own twist on it.'
