Dans la plupart des pays en Développement, les Besoins Non Satisfaits en matière Planification Familiale constituent un réel problème chez les femmes en général et particulièrement chez les adolescentes. Le présent document vise à montrer que les BNS en matière de PF chez les adolescentes sont fortement prononcés dans certaines régions comparées aux autres, puis déterminer les facteurs qui accentues cette disparité d’une part, et à déterminer les sources de changement des BNS_PF chez les adolescentes de 2004 à 2018 au Cameroun d’autre part. Pour atteindre ces objectifs, les données issues des EDS 1998, 2004, 2011 et 2018 ont été mobilisées. Au niveau national, la principale source des variations des BNS_PF chez les adolescentes en union est l’effet de comportement et ce, chez les filles des régions du Grand Nord et du Grand Ouest. Il apparaît également que, la région de résidence est le premier facteur explicatif de la survenance des BNS en espacement chez les adolescentes en union.
