Homicide Detective, Johnny Vero, travels to France & workds with Interpol to hunt this serial killer that targets dance hall girls who charge ten cents for a 3 minute dance. The story takes a bizarre turn when it is discovered they are murdered in the Budapest Hotel in certain room numbers which have biblial meanings to the killer.
