The profile of teachers who use technological elements in their practices has a decisive influence on the advantages they can gain for themselves and their students, as well as on the difficulties that may be encountered in the trajectory they eventually propose for their classes. Thus, as possibilities related to pedagogical strategies using technologies in mathematics classes, more precisely, in approaching the topic of Modular Functions, this work offers reflections and results on 'how does the use of a pedagogical strategy based on Problem Solving with the use of GeoGebra software contribute to broadening high school teachers’ understanding of the topic of modular functions and their expression, from an algebraic and geometric point of view?'
