The poems and stories in this book are intended to provide the reader with something else to think about during troubled times. When daily events become overwhelming and solutions to chronic problems are impossible to find, story telling takes us out of the here and now and transports us to a realm of imagination that both challenges and entertains us. The poems in Part One of this book are thoughtful and sometimes philosophical commentaries on the human condition. The fantasy tales in Part Two are chilling, gruesome and sometimes funny. Part Three offers stories of events in contemporary settings that describe personal transformations and unexpected discoveries. Readers are sure to find familiar characters and situations that entertain.
