Lamellar double hydroxides (LDHs) are materials with great potential in a wide range of fields: industry, the environment, medicines, etc. This work deals with the process of synthesis and characterization of different HDLS, the implications that different constituents can bring to the material and the study of its most important properties: memory effect and adsorptive capacity.
