Cet ouvrage traite du syndrome d’aliénation parentale (SAP) en tant que facteur d’affaiblissement des relations communautaires. Pour ce faire, il part du principe que la famille est la première institution sociale qui génère et prépare le capital humain, responsable de la transmission initiale des valeurs immatérielles pour construire la personnalité, en tant que préparation à la vie sociale. Le SAP est un phénomène qui affecte directement l’individu, qui est considéré comme le protagoniste des actions de développement en faveur de la communauté à laquelle il appartient. Dans cette optique, les aspects de référence qui traitent des thèmes pertinents pour l’étude ont été envisagés : la famille, la formation de la personne humaine, le développement local et le développement à l’échelle humaine. Il apparaît que le SAP représente un obstacle à la formation sociale de l’être humain, capable de provoquer de graves problèmes psychosociaux et la déresponsabilisation de l’individu. Ainsi, le SAP affecte la dimension humaine, qui est considérée comme une condition préalable fondamentale pour le développement social et, par conséquent, le développement local d’une communauté.
