It is based on social behavior that can be seen in nature, like fish schools and bee hives, where numerous individuals with confined capabilities are able to formulate intelligent solutions for complicated problems. The community of computer science has already understood the significance of emergent behaviors of complex problem solving. This book describes latest developments in this field, primarily on novel swarm-based enhancement techniques and hybrid algorithms for numerous applications.
