Au cours des dernières années, la profession enseignante a connu de grands changements et, par conséquent, une grande instabilité. L’évaluation apparaît comme une stratégie visant à réglementer et à valoriser l’enseignement, ce qui a donné lieu à diverses réformes éducatives en quête d’une évaluation efficace et appropriée. Compte tenu de l’importance de la relation entre l’enseignant évalué et son évaluateur, chargé de suivre le processus de développement professionnel de l’évalué, avec lequel il doit maintenir une interaction permanente, l’interaction supervisée est extrêmement importante pour atteindre les objectifs de l’évaluation. Cet ouvrage présente une analyse des concepts de supervision et de relation de supervision dans le contexte de l’évaluation des performances des enseignants, en mettant particulièrement l’accent sur le discours et les styles de supervision. L’étude publiée ici a été réalisée dans le cadre du master en sciences de l’éducation - spécialisation en supervision pédagogique dans l’enseignement des langues de l’université du Minho.
