How many times have you said to yourself, 'If my boss would only listen.', 'What kind of example does he set?', or, 'Is that leadership?' Well I, for one, have. Not only have I thought about those questions and many more, but I also have some suggestions as to how my bosses might improve!I compiled a book of common everyday wisdom that even the smartest bosses forget. This book will hopefully remind them of some important things they may have forgotten as they climbed the corporate ladder.Of course, I have not been in a position to offer this advice directly to any of my bosses, nor have they ever asked me for it. Therefore, having spent some time thinking about this subject, I have decided to write this book. This little volume contains almost all the thoughts I would like to share with my boss, but I would never cross that line. I am sure that once you read this book you will be motivated to add to my observations. It is a hidden wish of mine that my boss might read this himself and decide it’s time to change. Perhaps yours will do the same!
