Es ist wichtig, steuerliche Instrumente einzuführen, um die Abwanderung von Gewinnen, die die Grundlage für die Körperschaftssteuer bilden, einzuschränken oder sogar zu verringern. Im Rahmen der internationalen Abkommen müssen die afrikanischen Staaten einen auf ihre wirtschaftliche Realität zugeschnittenen Ansatz vorschlagen, um die auf ihrem Hoheitsgebiet erzielten Einkünfte besser zu erfassen.
