Die Fraktur des oberen Endes des Oberschenkelknochens ist ein weltweites Problem, das häufig bei älteren Menschen auftritt, die häufig mehrere Tarnungen haben. Die Spinalanästhesie ist häufig die Anästhesietechnik, die bei fehlenden Kontraindikationen angewandt wird, meist in sitzender Position, die für den Patienten eine Quelle starker Schmerzen ist, die einen zugrunde liegenden Makel dekompensieren können. Der Femurblock und der Iliaca-Faszienblock sind die am häufigsten verwendeten Techniken der regionalen Analgesie vor der Positionierung für die Spinalanästhesie. Der PENG-Block ist eine neue Analgesietechnik, die von Giron-Argano im Jahr 2018 beschrieben wurde.Ziel dieser Studie ist es, die Wirksamkeit und Sicherheit des echogesteuerten PENG-Blocks im Vergleich zum echogesteuerten suprainguinalen Fascia iliaca-Block für die Analgesie während der Positionierung für die Spinalanästhesie zu vergleichen.
