Well, the philosophy according to this book is, ’Stack A Backbone’, because life is going to happen. When you ’Stack A Backbone’, you move in a greater direction. Stand for your beliefs. A backbone is a symbol of strength and courage. It will provide you with the endurance that others will not take you for granted. When you Stack A Backbone, you will have double strength, and an opportunity to walk through open doors with the expectation you will always be on the top. When you ’Stack A Backbone’, you will know that you are a brave and courageous person. You will not fear speaking up for yourself, or standing up for your beliefs. You learn to grow with life. About the words of inspiration and hashtags:The words of inspiration are in general, clichés or colloquialisms which we hear or express as we go through life. Many times, we do not always remember them or follow through with the right idea.
