Inhaltsangabe:Einleitung: Sozialimmobilien sind heutzutage notwendiger denn je: In einer Freizeit- und Konsumgesellschaft, mit einer extrem schnelllebigen Wirtschaft und einem immer andauernden Wertewandel mit dem Trend zur Jugend, hat kaum noch jemand Zeit, sich um die Probleme seiner Verwandten oder gar Nachbarn zu kümmern. Wohin also mit den Alten, den Schlüsselkindern oder den Süchtigen? Sozialimmobilien bieten ausgegrenzten Menschen unserer Gesellschaft eine Unterkunft, i. d. R. mit einer fachkompetenten Betreuung. Solche Sozialimmobilien gibt es in verschiedenen Variationen. Die bekanntesten sind z. B. Behindertenheime, Seniorenimmobilien (Heim, Stift, Residenz oder betreutes Wohnen), Juniorenimmobilien (Kinderhorte, Kinderheime oder Schulkindhäuser), Familienimmobilien (Kurhäuser), Frauenimmobilien (Frauenhäuser oder Mutter-Kind-Zentren), Einrichtungen für Süchtige (Sozialstationen oder Fachambulanzen) und Einrichtungen für Obdachlose (Obdachlosenheime oder Suppenküchen). Diese Seminararbeit ist speziell auf Seniorenimmobilien ausgerichtet, da diese einerseits aufgrund der demographischen Altersverschiebung für die Senioren selbst und andererseits aufgrund der Kapitalstärke der Senioren für Investoren sehr interessant sind und immer interessanter werden. Im Folgenden wird der Gesellschaftswandel dargestellt. Ihm werden die traditionellen und die neueren Wohnformen gegenübergestellt. Desweiteren wird die Seniorenimmobilie als Kapitalanlage betrachtet. Das Qualitätssiegel für altengerechtes Wohnen wird dargestellt, ebenso verschiedene Preisvarianten. Abschließend wird der Wohnpark Buschgasse als Praxisbeispiel vorgestellt und die Autorin wird im Fazit zur Seniorenimmobilie kritisch Stellung nehmen.
