Die soziale Verantwortung der Unternehmen ist ein Konstrukt, das die systemische soziale Einbindung der Unternehmen widerspiegelt, die stets formellen und informellen Normen unterworfen sind, die sich in der Gesellschaft ständig verändern. Aus diesem Grund ist die Debatte über dieses Thema ein wichtiger Schauplatz für die politische Konfrontation von Interessen. Ausgehend von einer kritischen Analyse im Lichte der Sozialpsychologie ist es wichtig, den historischen Prozess, insbesondere in Brasilien, zu verstehen, der das Thema der sozialen Verantwortung so relevant gemacht hat, sowie das aktuelle Szenario, in das es eingebettet ist, die Hauptzielgruppe dieser Aktionen und den Unternehmensdiskurs, der in Bezug auf das vom Unternehmen selbst verbreitete Image analysiert wird. Zu diesem Zweck wurde anhand einer Fallstudie untersucht, wie sich der Unternehmensdiskurs zu den Kategorien Arbeit und Bildung verhält, da sich die meisten der bestehenden Projekte auf die Frage der Ausbildung für die Arbeit konzentrieren. Es ist möglich, die klar etablierte Beziehung zwischen Arbeit und Bildung als eine Form der Ausbildung, der naturalisierten Ausgrenzung und der Partnerschaften zwischen Unternehmen, Staat und Zivilgesellschaft als eine Lösung für soziale Probleme zu erkennen.
