Diplomarbeit aus dem Jahr 2007 im Fachbereich Sozialpädagogik / Sozialarbeit, Note: 1,0, Fachhochschule Erfurt, 80 Quellen im Literaturverzeichnis, Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Im theoretischen Teil der Arbeit wird die Soziale Arbeit als Dienstleistung, welche eingebettet ist in ein komplexes System sozialer Dienstleistungen, differenziert umschrieben und Fachdiskurse aufgegriffen, um zum einen die aktuelle Fachdebatte zu skizzieren und zum anderen die Soziale Arbeit hinsichtlich ihres professionellen Standpunktes im Sozialleistungssystem der BRD zu kategorisieren und ihre Relevanz, sowie spezifische Aspekte fundiert darzustellen. Der darauf aufbauenden praktische Teil befasst sich mit der Fragestellung: Wenn also das nachfragende Subjekt Ausgangspunkt sozialarbeiterischen Handelns ist, so wäre zu klären, welche Bedeutung subjektiven Qualitätsbewertungen zukommt? Hierbei wird mittels einer empierisch- qualitativen Untersuchung die Bedeutung der Nutzerperspektive bei der Ermittlung von Dienstleistungsqualität untersucht. Es wurden Interviews mit behinderten Mitarbeitern einer Werkstatt für Menschen mit Behinderungen durchgeführt und analysiert.
