O sector da saúde é um sector muito importante para o serviço público. Embora a saúde da população continue a ser a prioridade do Estado, um pesquisador informático está interessado na qualidade dos sistemas de informação hospitalar, pois estes contribuem para o desempenho da estrutura de saúde.Desde que estudos demonstraram que a maioria dos hospitais da República Democrática do Congo usa o método tradicional (papel e lápis) para registrar pacientes, e gavetas para arquivar e arquivar arquivos, nossa pesquisa teve como alvo o New Hope Hospital, um grande hospital privado na província do Kivu Sul. A análise do sistema de informação hospitalar do New Hope Hospital revela que o seu HIS é manual. Esta análise foi feita usando os métodos analítico e estrutural-funcional. Estes dois métodos enriquecidos por técnicas: observação, documentação, entrevistas, etc. têm exigido a web entre as principais fontes de informação. Para superar este problema, propusemos pacotes de software médico (software) que já existem em outros lugares e alguns projetos de solução.
