O Bangladesh é a cidade mais densamente povoada do mundo, o que é visível sobretudo na capital, Daca. As pessoas são obrigadas a sofrer e perde-se tempo precioso com este dilema crónico. A falta de um planeamento adequado da cidade, a velocidade diferente dos veículos na mesma estrada, o excesso de população, o espaço rodoviário inadequado, a paragem ou o estacionamento não planeados, etc., são responsáveis pelo congestionamento do tráfego na cidade de Daca. Entre estes, o sistema de estacionamento insuficiente/não planeado é uma das principais razões para o congestionamento do tráfego. O sistema de estacionamento rotativo automatizado é o melhor e mais adequado devido à sua menor utilização do espaço em comparação com outros sistemas. É um sistema de estacionamento amigável devido à não utilização de mecanismos relacionados com o ruído/poluição. O objetivo deste documento é desenvolver um sistema de estacionamento automático com um custo mínimo para reduzir o congestionamento na cidade de Dhaka.
