Lo scopo di questo studio è identificare i fattori che influenzano la soddisfazione degli studenti congolesi in un’applicazione bancaria basata sul web. Gli obiettivi di questo studio sono due. Il primo obiettivo è rivelare se l’applicazione bancaria basata sul web sia o meno facilmente implementabile tra gli studenti congolesi.congolese e il secondo obiettivo è scoprire se gli studenti sono soddisfatti di questa applicazione bancaria. I partecipanti allo studio sono 138 studenti della parte orientale della Repubblica Democratica del Congo. Lo studio utilizza tecniche di campionamento stratificato e di campionamento casuale semplice. Un campione di 138 studenti è stato acquisito utilizzando un questionario. L’analisi dei dati è stata condotta utilizzando il pacchetto statistico per il sociale (SPSS) per le statistiche descrittive inferenziali. Il risultato dello studio mostra che il comportamento di risparmio e l’autocontrollo influenzano la soddisfazione degli studenti congolesi nei confronti dell’applicazione bancaria e che il 73% dei partecipanti ha interesse a utilizzare l’applicazione pocket money basata sul web nei loro istituti.
