A síndrome de nefropatia tubular e intersticial com uveíte (NITU ) é uma doença oculo-renal rara. Descreveremos os aspectos clínicos e biológicos desta entidade. O nosso estudo foi retrospetivo de 1996 a 2024. Todos os doentes apresentavam envolvimento intersticial renal e envolvimento ocular comprovados histologicamente. Foram incluídos 6 doentes, 5 mulheres e 1 homem, com uma idade média de 39 anos. O envolvimento ocular foi inaugural em 4 casos e concomitante com o envolvimento renal em 2. O exame oftalmológico revelou uveíte anterior e intermédia em 3 casos cada. A síndrome inflamatória biológica e a insuficiência renal eram constantes. A análise da urina revelou proteinúria ligeira com leucocitúria asséptica em 4 casos cada; hematúria microscópica em 2 casos e glicosúria sem diabetes. Foram prescritos corticosteróides (1mg/Kg/dia) com bólus de metilprednisolona, colírio midriático e colírio de cortcoide para a uveíte. A terapia geral com corticosteróides foi interrompida em 5 casos e continuada em 1 caso.
