The monograph presents the results of theoretical and experimental studies, a mathematical model of the process of thermal radiation treatment of cotton seed mint in a solvent medium is obtained. An algorithm for solving a mathematical model, programmatically implemented in the algorithmic language MATLAB, has been developed.
