Die vorliegende Arbeit ist das Ergebnis von mehr als einem Jahr Bemühungen und Forschungen zweier enthusiastischer Studenten, die laut ihrem frühen Lebenslauf vielversprechend im Bereich FEA sind, und vieler Fachleute, darunter Dr. Hossein Tourang, der eine große Rolle dabei spielte, die beiden bei der Vorbereitung dieses Textes zu inspirieren und zu ermutigen. Im Hinblick auf die Leser sind einige Punkte zu unserer Arbeit erwähnenswert: 1. Wir haben fast alle wichtigen Referenzen und Quellen zu diesem Thema untersucht und unsere numerischen Ergebnisse anhand dieser überprüft. Nachdem wir einen neuartigen und originellen Ansatz zur Schweißprozesssimulation mittels FEA entwickelt hatten, verspürten wir das Bedürfnis, den Simulationsprozess zu verdeutlichen und seine numerischen Ergebnisse zu interpretieren. 2. In diesem Text werden viele nützliche Tipps zur gekoppelten FEA-Analyse zu Anfangs- und Randbedingungen, Eingabedaten vor dem Prozess, Vernetzungsregeln usw. gegeben, die es ermöglichen, auf das Schreiben komplexer Unterprogramme und/oder den Kauf zusätzlicher Plug-ins für übliche Zwecke zu verzichten. Schließlich sind Schäden an Rohrleitungen in Kraftwerken, insbesondere in Kernkraftwerken, äußerst gefährlich, weshalb die Vorhersage ihrer Lebensdauer von höchster Priorität ist. Dieser Text kann als Leitfaden für dieses Thema dienen.
