Well, this brutally honest, broke teacher has nothing to lose. I’m gonna tell you what I wish my education professors would have... I am going to tell you what they won’t.At what point did it become taboo to be blunt with people about the harsh realities of this job? We deserved fair warning. You need to be mentally and emotionally prepared for this crap. Omitting the hard stuff during training just leaves you feeling... Well, it leaves new teachers feeling like an entire flock of birds collectively took a sh*t on their brand new career. Oh, but no one warned them about the bird issue, so the top was down.
