About the Book This book highlights the impact of transformational leadership by women at the helm of family businesses. There seems to be a common denominator among women in leadership, irrespective of their age or industry. The book brings out the concept that women are naturally transformational and would be great leaders when well mentored. The book calls on women in leadership to mentor other women so that we all enjoy the natural transformational gift, which, if well utilized, brings remarkable all-round growth to enterprises. About the Author Naomi is a seasoned training and development professional with over ten years of experience. She is passionate about mentoring teenagers; and identifying and developing leadership skills in women. Naomi holds a Master’s degree in Leadership from Pan Africa Christian University, a degree in Human Resources Management from Kenyatta University, and a diploma in Business Management from the Kenya Institute of Management. She is also an SIYB/ILO trainer who enjoys providing business development services to young entrepreneurs willing to start or who are already running business ventures. Naomi’s expertise extends beyond local borders, having trained leaders from more than 12 countries in Africa
