Nella gestione ambientale è importante limitare i costi ambientali e garantire il corretto funzionamento degli ecosistemi. La questione riveste particolare rilevanza nelle aree interessate dal processo di urbanizzazione. L’obiettivo del presente articolo è quello di verificare se la tutela giuridica della natura (ovvero i parchi paesaggistici) nei pressi della città di Breslavia (Polonia, Bassa Slesia) influisca sulla politica territoriale formulata in ciascun comune, avvalendosi della teoria dei servizi ecosistemici. Lo studio prevede un’analisi dei documenti di pianificazione che delineano la politica territoriale dei comuni, in relazione ai servizi ecosistemici individuati, nonché un’analisi statistica dei risultati. Per valutare l’entità dei servizi sono state utilizzate analisi indicative.
