Im Umweltmanagement ist es wichtig, Umweltkosten zu begrenzen und ein ordnungsgemäßes Funktionieren der Ökosysteme sicherzustellen. Dieses Thema ist in Gebieten von besonderer Bedeutung, die sich in einem Urbanisierungsprozess befinden. Ziel dieser Arbeit ist es, anhand der Ökosystemdienstleistungstheorie zu untersuchen, ob sich der rechtliche Naturschutz (d. h. Landschaftsparks) in der Nähe der Stadt Breslau (Polen, Niederschlesien) auf die Raumordnungspolitik der einzelnen Gemeinden auswirkt. Die Studie umfasst eine Analyse der Planungsdokumente, die die Raumordnungspolitik der Gemeinden festlegen, im Hinblick auf die ermittelten Ökosystemleistungen sowie eine statistische Auswertung der Ergebnisse. Zur Bewertung des Umfangs der Leistungen wurden indikative Analysen herangezogen.
