Ce travail avait pour objectif de mettre au point et d’évaluer la composition phytochimique et l’activité biologique d’un sérum visage végétalien, formulé à partir de l’association synergique d’extraits hydroalcooliques (Jasminum officinale, Anacardium occidentale et Mangifera indica) et d’un complexe d’huiles essentielles nanoémulsionnées (Syzygium aromaticum, Cinnamomum verum, Amygdalus communis, Citrus sinensis, Copaiba langsdorffii et Rosa rubiginosa). Les extractions ont été réalisées par macération et hydrodistillation, et les nanoémulsions ont été obtenues par inversion de phase. Le sérum pour le visage a été analysé afin de quantifier par spectrophotométrie les phénols totaux, les flavonoïdes, les tanins et la vitamine C, ainsi que pour évaluer les activités antioxydantes (ABTS, DPPH et FRAP) et anti-inflammatoires in vitro (dénaturation de l’albumine).
