Les services en nuage sont devenus l’épine dorsale du secteur des technologies de l’information et la technologie prometteuse qui offre un service banalisé au logiciel, à la plateforme et à l’infrastructure où ils sont fournis en tant que service. Les différents fournisseurs ayant commencé à proposer une grande diversité de services d’informatique dématérialisée, les clients de ces services sont devenus incapables de décider quels services ils doivent utiliser et sur quelle base ils doivent faire leur choix. C’est pourquoi un contrat légal est nécessairement nécessaire pour négocier entre les deux parties de l’informatique dématérialisée. Ce contrat est appelé accord de niveau de service (SLA).
