Im Forum entwickeln sich neue Kommunikations- und Beziehungsmuster, denn die Kontakte unter Nutzerinnen und Nutzern erreichen zum einen ein hohes Maß an Intensität und sind zum anderen auf eine bestimmte Lebensphase begrenzt, wie beispielweise nach der Trennung vom Partner.Die Arbeit wurde mit dem Dissertationspreis 2018 der Graduiertenschule für Geistes- und Sozialwissenschaften der Universität Augsburg ausgezeichnet.
