Dans ma thèse professionnelle intitulée 'Satisfaction et fidélisation de la clientèle dans la distribution technique de produits médicaux sur les marchés nationaux B2B' pour la filière Ingénieur commercial, responsable technique des ventes, j’étudie l’influence décisive du service après-vente sur la satisfaction de la clientèle. Pour ce faire, j’ai déterminé des niveaux de satisfaction client spécifiques dans notre domaine en appliquant des méthodes éprouvées telles que le Net Promoter Score (NPS) et le Customer Satisfaction Score (CSAT). Ces méthodes permettent d’obtenir un aperçu détaillé de la satisfaction de nos clients et de mesurer leur fidélité.En comparant les données recueillies avec les théories existantes et les traités scientifiques, j’ai pu acquérir des connaissances solides. J’ai utilisé ces connaissances pour déduire des mesures ciblées visant à améliorer la satisfaction des clients et à renforcer leur fidélité. Mon objectif était de développer des stratégies pratiques et réalisables qui non seulement augmentent la satisfaction de nos clients, mais favorisent également des relations commerciales à long terme.
