This work is the result of research carried out during my undergraduate degree in Pedagogy: Teaching and Educational Management at the State University of the Centre-West, UNICENTRO, which was completed in 2015. It deals with Early Childhood Education in the Countryside in the municipality of Chopinzinho/PR, discussing the legislation that supports this stage of education and problematising this legal support in school practice at the Mário Bettega Municipal Rural School.
