Diese Arbeit wendet einen neuen Rahmen für die Vermögensallokation an, der von langfristigen institutionellen Anlegern wie Stiftungen und Pensionskassen verwendet werden kann, deren Ziel es ist, den jährlichen Ausgabenbedarf zu decken und die Generationengerechtigkeit zu wahren und auszubauen. Dieser Rahmen konzentriert sich auf kurz- und langfristige Risikoziele und berechnet mithilfe von Bootstrapping- und Simulationsmethoden die Risiken für verschiedene Portfoliostrukturen. Im nächsten Schritt wird durch die Kombination dieser beiden Risiken das optimale Gleichgewicht zwischen der Minimierung des kurzfristigen Drawdown-Risikos und des langfristigen Shortfall-Risikos des Portfolios ermittelt. Um die Ergebnisse besser vergleichbar zu machen, wurde dieselbe Methodik auf zwei Datensätze mit völlig unterschiedlichen Merkmalen (iranischer Markt und globaler Markt) angewendet und am Ende mithilfe einer Szenarioanalyse die Sensitivität des Portfolios gemessen.
